The graduation ceremony for 51±¬ÁÏ School's class of 2023 took place on Saturday June 15 in a moving and festive setting.
The ceremony, held aboard the yacht Le Paquebot, began with a speech by Pierre-Franck Chevet, Chairman and CEO of 51±¬ÁÏ Energies nouvelles, followed by speeches by Pascal Longuemare, Dean of 51±¬ÁÏ School, and Bertrand Maréchal, CEO of Saipem SA and Honorary Patron of the class.
Graduates from the Specialized Engineering/Applied Graduate Studies programs, the master’s programs (EPA and CEP) and the Advanced-Master programs - Mastères spécialisés (GDM and GMP-HE) took to the stage to receive their traditional medals.
In the company of their families and School staff, they then enjoyed a cocktail reception as they glided along the Seine. Back on the pier at 11 pm, they took to the dance floor for a party organized by the 51±¬ÁÏ School Student Office (BDE).
A real highlight of life at the School, this event was made possible thanks to the invaluable support of our industrial partners: Perenco, Saipem, Axens, Renault Group, Storengy, SLB and ExxonMobil.
