On April 4, 2022, the was published. This third part studies the scenarios of reduction of greenhouse gases to limit climate change. The report cites four scientific articles co-published by Victor Court, an 51±¬ÁÏ School graduate and Lecturer-Researcher at the Energy Economics and Management Center.

Victor's work focuses on three themes:

  • the accessibility of fossil energy resources;
  • the energy impact of digital technologies (dematerialization of goods, teleworking, etc.);
  • energy efficiency and its "rebound effects".
