The scope of this project included partially demolishing, renovating, and adding to an existing structure situated near another building. Throughout the construction process, both businesses remained open. The addition was a two-story structure that expanded the display areas, introduced new restrooms, and incorporated the new Java Caf茅, a contemporary-themed coffee shop. The renovated areas encompassed three floors, involving the replacement of flooring and acoustical ceilings, application of new paint, installation of fitting rooms, creation of a new ammo storage area, replacement of building systems, updates to low-voltage and fire alarm systems, and implementation of new HVAC controls.
